Very Poor ECs, Excellent Record in Studies -Can i get into the Top 15

I am an international student wishing to pursue CS in the US. I have maintained a very good record in my studies from the beginning. My CGPA in 10 grade ( CBSE) was 9.4 . And I've got 92% in 11th.
I will take the SAT soon, i have taken SAT 2 though.
Math2- 800
Physics-800
Chem-800
But my ECs are not strong at all
Here are pretty much all of them :
Elocution competition- Best Orator(10 grade)
Elocution competition- Best Orator(11 grade)
Debate - Best debater (11)
Interhouse Football- Winning team
Interhouse Football- Best Striker
Chess Tournament 3rd place (11)
Essay Writing 1st place (11)
Essay Writing 3rd place (12)

And maybe some more insignificant ones, like i said nothing spectacular. No state level achievements, no group president.

I really want to study in a reputed University, i know i've got no chance at MIT, Princeton, etc. but maybe ivy leagues ?

Uh…Princeton is ivy league??

Why does it have to be Ivy league? You lack ECs and your CGPA isn’t that excellent for Ivy leagues.

Another question: can you pay?

“I know I’ve got no chance at MIT, Princeton, ETC”
Seems like you don’t know, but the ivy league includes: Princeton (no chance, as you said), Harvard (0.0001%), Yale (0.0001%), Cornell, Columbia, Brown, Dartmouth, and UPenn.
You said it yourself, “Very Poor ECs”. That’s not gonna get you into most of those schools.
I would say don’t count on any of those but still apply if you want to try your luck.
