Good Scores Bad EC's

<p>Could somebody get into Princeton or Harvard or Yale with good scores on SAT's good gpa, but a few EC's? What if their school didn't have many EC's for them and they weren't really able to get any more EC's. That's kind of my situation. I'm in Debate,Key Club and hopefully Boys Tennis. Those are my main EC's. </p>

<p>So can grades make up for my lack of EC's. I still have two more years of High School so I could get an intership or still build up my application. But if I couldn't do those things will this still be okay or is it bad? </p>

<p>Well, guess what? I have exactly an opposite problems. I think my ECs are pretty good.. but SAT scores bombed me!!!
I am not sure how few you have, but if you have a couple of major ECs you are okay I believe, plus you can only list a few ECs on applications anyways:-D</p>
