<p>Hi I'm and International Student from Hong Kong and because my school won't do online transcripts, references, reports etc. I have to send my entire app by mail. </p>
<p>Does Penn accept courier (DHL/FeDex) because I'm aware that some unis don't. I tried looking on their website btu had no luck :( Please help me!
Also, if yes, what is the address for couriered apps (It's different from the P.O. Box one coz courier doesn't do P.O. Box)</p>
<p>Lastly (promise), Can I submit my part of the app online and then mail all my school stuff? Is that possible?</p>

<p>Umm...sorry I don't know what they accept BUT I'm sure that all couriers (if international) should go to their expected destination. I wouldn't see why they wouldn't be able to get to Penn. If I were you I'd go with the Brown (UPS) ;D but we have DHL and FEDEX in the US too. just my 2 cents.</p>
<p>2nd question: no you have to do it all one way or the other, but for the online app you have to send in your ED agreement in the mail.</p>

If you're asking whether you can submit your part of the app (i.e. biographical info, essays, etc.) online, and mail your school stuff (transcript, recommendations) then yes, that should be fine, unless rules have changed since last year.</p>
