I took the ACT for the first time in Dec, and it seems that something went horribly wrong with the Oct(?) test and the scores being received, so I have some questions for those of you with experience!

1) Did you receive your score (for any test date) on the first day it was available online?

2) To your knowledge, does anything specific affect the order in which the scores come out (geographic location, alphabetical order, etc)?

3) Should I feel comfortable expecting my score on 12/19 (the first day they are available online)? Or should I not get my hopes up?

Last time I took the test someone on this site actually figured out a way so people could get their scores a little bit before they were actually out, but I guess this could only work if all of your info was straight and someone found out how to do this again

For the two recent times i've taken the ACT neither of the scores were online ontime. The september one was 3 days late, and the october one was 2 weeks late.

I took the October test and got it on time. In fact, I used the little trick to see my scores about a day earlier. Yes, it's a legit trick. I'm sure someone will post it again when its around the time Dec. scores come out.

Whoa! Just went back to the October thread and the thing works already. At least I could see a score that I think were mine. Haven't taken them before, but it showed specifics on one...
