Hi all,
I am planning to take AP Physics 1 through Virtual High School next year. I realize that, with some courses, this is difficult (such as AP Chem because you need to do the labs in real-time).
My question is, does AP Physics work the same way? I also completed Algebra II (last year) and am currently in Pre-Calculus and am planning to take BC Calc next year, just to give you an idea of my math experience.
I have never taken physics before, so I don’t know if its a good idea. On CB’s website it says that Algebra II is a prerequisite, but for those of you who have (or are in) AP Physics, is Algebra II/Pre-Calculus all you really need or do you need previous physics experience?
EDIT: I am also planning to pursue Biochemistry in college concurrently with a pre-med pathway, which is why I chose AP Physics 1 (MCAT preparation)
Thanks
