Videos of Rice From Current Student

I filmed two videos around campus last semester. They're shaky, but maybe someone will find it interesting. Most of it is near the Old Will Rice dorm. You'll see Baker (in construction), as well as some of the academic buildings like the Humanities building and Rayzor Hall (language). You'll also hear A LOT of construction, but it won't be like that next year, as they were working on Baker and Will Rice's new buildings (which I caught on video).

Don't mind the background sound (which sounds like a hurricane is approaching) -- it's the camera, not Houston/Rice.

Adding in videos: I hope I’m not breaking CC rules - but here is a funny little video drama shot by a Rice student on campus… [YouTube - Deadline](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SVAjLyv79go)

Wait a second, anxiousmom, in that video he is clearly using the Physics 302 textbook, but his homework says Physics 311! I call shenanigans on this whole video.

Good catch, Dorian_Mode. Time to call the honor court.

Here’s an article about that “Deadline” video that makes fun reading…though not nearly as fun as watching the video: [Rice University | News & Media](http://www.media.rice.edu/media/NewsBot.asp?MODE=VIEW&ID=14084).

Hey, Joe’s wearing a shirt I designed!

Also, I laughed at the line where it says they asked the grad student to wear the same clothes two days in a row, and he shrugged it off. Oh, grad students.

As I begin my life as a grad student as a fall, I fully intend to live up to this man’s example.
