If it's not available online...do they send you info by snail mail? All I know is that I've received a merit scholarship.

But they've also told me a few weeks ago that I needed to fill out some verification forms. They're due in June. So...maybe I have to do them before I get a financial aid package estimate?

I'm confused. The other two UCs I've been accepted to have all their numbers online.

I couldn’t find the info online, but I did get it in the mail.

It was printed on the back side of the “CONGRATULATIONS!” paper.

It’s only an estimate though, you don’t know for sure until you send in a copy of your parents’ tax returns or whatever.

^^I haven’t even gotten that yet. What are you talking about, aleiram?

It’s a big envelope that comes in the mail and it has pictures of ucsc students all over the front.

Inside, it has:
A brochure (this is where they tell you about Spring Spotlight)
A paper that says IMPORTANT INFO ON BACK! (it’s FAQs on admission stuff)
Tips for financial aid (with financial aid FAQs on back)
A letter (dear ___: It is an honor to inform you…)

HAHA oh man. I was looking at everything and I just realized that they sent the financial aid estimate seperately. Sorry for confusing people!

I think the letter came two days after the initial big packet.

Hmmm, I haven’t gotten an acceptance-like packet from SC yet, but one from Davis arrived today.

Along with some financial aid letter from Santa Cruz. Basically told me to send in my extra verification forms if I wanted to see a real estimate. Damn.

I got a scholarship letter from SC, but no fin aid letter.

i wish i got a scholarship :(

Does anyone know wat "Self-Service is not available for this aid year. " mean?
