<p>Do you have pop-up blocker disabled? That’s why I couldn’t see the the Process Information thing at first.</p>
<p>In IE, Open the browser, go to Tools, turn off the Pop-up blocker.</p>
<p>Same here - it was the pop up blocker that kept me from accessing. Easy fix, and then no problem.</p>

<p>Try opening it in another browser. Safari on my Mac wouldn’t open it, but Chrome would.</p>
<p>On Safari you have to uncheck Block pops ups.</p>
