<p>I don't know if other states do this, but Virginia has just released its annual report on higher education costs for its state schools. It contains some comparisons and projected comparisons to other states. Two items of interest are the variation in costs among institutions and the differences in how manditory fees break out for different schools. I am curious how closely this tracks with the experiences in other states.</p>
