I've tried accessing Richmond's virtual tour and have only been able to view it once. When I tried to see it again, it looked as if it was done loading [the blue-white-blue striped screens were over], but I was left staring at a white window. I though it was safari so I used firefox and internet explorer and they all stall, but at wide variety of different points [Raster images, Map Placement Objects, Last Step]. Most of the time, the loading percentage reads 100% but afterwards, the time jumps from 0:00 to -1:10 or some amount of minutes in the thousands. Do I need a plugin? I would really like to see the virtual tour! =]

Did Ajayc's suggestion work for you? If not, let me know and I will get someone from Web development to get in touch with you. There are a million upgrades going on to the site right now so there have been a few interruptions to some features and shortcuts this week. We apologize for any inconvenience.

OP: Right click on the flash movie and click Settings. Then allow it to store more data than 10kb specified by default. Sorry, cant think of anything else.

I don't know what flash movie you are referring to, as nothing shows up for me except the blue and white loading screens. Clearing the cache didn't work either, but I do appreciate your help!

I've sent a link to this thread to the folks in our Web Development area, hoping that one of them can trouble shoot this for you. I hope we'll hear from them tomorrow. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm not sure what your problem is, but it works fine on my Mac running Tiger, using both Safari and Firefox. I'd guess that it's a problem with your network. Check the firewall settings on your router/computers.
