<p>Hi, I am looking for a male student at UCI who is willing to sublease my apartment during the summer from mid June- mid September (Summer Quarter).</p>
<p>This is a 4 private bedroom apartment in Vista Del Campo. Only one room, one shared bathroom, and sharing area/dining area will be offered. The other 3 bedrooms and bathroom are not for rent.</p>
<p>The bedroom includes a single bed, mattress, a study desk, chair, drawers, etc. Sharing area includes stools, a sofa, side chair, tables, etc. </p>
<p>Utilities (gas, electric, water, cable, internet, etc) are all included.
Close to campus, grocery stores (Alberstsons and Trader Joes), Malls ( Irvine Specturm), the ARC, pool, private gym, and shuttles to campus!</p>
<p>Rent: price negotiable.
