I just wanted us all to reflect on the fate of the young woman in Tehran, Neda, murdered by government thugs. She was taking a break outside with her voice teacher. Her lessons were secret since the repressive regime has banned women singing in public. I found this exceptionally disturbing and poignant. Let's all be thankfull that we at least have the freedom to struggle over a choice.

That is so true. It was just me (mom) and my daughters on a college road trip we took this past April. I was so thankful to live in a part of the world where we three ladies could come and go as we pleased without having to worry about our welfare.

What a sad story about this young woman from Iran.
