<p>Can we vote for getting CS as a separate Major Category please!</p>

<p>It is hard to find the threads dug deep in the "other" and "Engineering" boards.</p>

<p>No. CS is too specific a major to have its own forum. Look at how well Nursing is thriving if you want an example. General Science on the other hand should have one imo.</p>

<p>Most CS questions end up in the Engineering forum anyway. Second the General Science forum.</p>

<p>Engineering Major has too many things going on with over 63,000 posts. Far too many to read. I would think its apt for Chemical, Mechanical, Bio etc to be there, but Math, CS and other sciences can surely come out of there.</p>

<p>Another vote here for a natural sciences and mathematics forum. The goals and concerns of these people differ from those in engineering.</p>
