Hey thanks - I just voted for Reggie, my favorite. I love watching him!

I love Matt, but I really think Reggie is the most amazing college football player to watch. Matt is an awesome quarterback, obviously, but he just seems really banged up right now. I'm a tad worried.

Matt already won, Reggie should get it.

Reggie's only 10,000 votes behind the leader. Come on people, where's the support?

This is seriously one flawed Heisman vote. How can the two USC guys, who are considered two of the top three contenders, be so far behind? And how can Marcedes Lewis of all people be 2nd? Something's a tad fishy here...

The votes help determine who the heisman winner is, but they aren't the only way by which the winner is chosen.

Yeah, the public vote is only a small factor. The votes that really count are those given by members of the media (usually the same ones that vote on the AP and Harris Polls) and by past winners of the Heisman (yes, Matt does get the chance to vote for himself this year, but he's so humble that I'm sure he'll vote for Reggie instead).

Oh, I know that it's only one vote toward the overall count, but still.

Vince Young.

Leinart single handedly won the Heisman with that last second win in South Bend.

I don't really understand what makes a Heisman winner a Heisman winner. Is it a big play like joev mentioned, or overall performance, numbers-wise or otherwise, or something else? Just wondering...
