VT vs UVA vs GT vs University of Michigan for Computer Science/Engineering

I'm a senior in high school interested primarily in Computer Science but also considering other Engineering fields. I have in-state tuition for Virginia Tech and UVA. Cost is a consideration but not prohibitive. (Willing to go out of state but there would have to be a significant benefit to doing so) I would prefer to avoid crappy cities ceteris paribus. I would like to be able to do club sports if possible.

Most of my friends are going to VTech.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

WHERE THE HELL SHOULD I GO TO SCHOOL.

This seems up to your family about finances. I am in Virginia and my kids went to UVA and VT. One son did a club sport.

Of those two, which would you recommend?

That is a matter of personal fit. They are both great schools. Of course, Michigan and GT are great as well so you have some very good options. Good luck with the decision!

have you been admitted to these schools?

Thanks!

To clarify, I have been admitted to all of those schools.

Unless you got merit aid the extra cost for GT and UMich would not be worth it IMO.

Alright two down! Of Virginia Tech and UVA which would you recommend for computer science?
