<p>Has anyone on the Fordham Wait list been given notification of acceptance?</p>
<p>I haven’t heard anything but apparently now is the time when they start looking at the waitlist</p>
<p>Liberty55/Mellon16 - If you want in, you need to demonstrate that ASAP. Write a heartfelt letter explaining why you and Fordham are a good fit. Some words about the Jesuit mission of the university will not hurt either. Do Not Send an Email or Text. Make an effort and make that effort perfect. Send that Letter by FEDEX to the Fordham admission counselor for your geographic region. (Look it up on the web.) If you Promise that you will forward a deposit and attend upon receipt of an acceptence letter, you will most likey will get that acceptence. If you sit and do nothing but monitor CC…expect nothing becasue the WL folks who demonstrate a desire will get rewarded before you. The response will be quick. Take it from one who knows.</p>

<p>Someone on the Fordham Class of 2017 Facebook page was recently accepted from the waitlist. As for me, I’m still waiting. </p>
<p>Does anyone know how choosing from the waitlist works? Is it by first come, first serve or is it a random lottery?</p>
