<p>I'm pretty stupid for doing this but I signed up late for the SAT subject test. I'm taking it dec 6 and had to get on the
wait list. How does this actually work? Will I only be able to take the test if a test taker does not show up and I take their place??

<p>You’ll only be able to take the test if a person doesn’t show up, or if they have extra test packets, since they usually come in multiple packages, and are not exact with the amount of expected test takers at the specific location where testing will occur. So chances are if they have an extra packet, you will receive one and therefore will be able to take the test. If not, then you’ll be sent home and you’ll be refunded for the fee you paid.</p>
