Waitlist question

Is there any chance for an international applicant in need of financial aid to be taken off the waitlist?

it's not impossible

I just wish they'd let us know already. I'm past the point where I'll be totally heartbroken if I don't get in--I just need CLOSURE.

I'm on the waitlist and I still haven't heard anything--I haven't even gotten a phone call. I'm just kind of confused...I don't know what's going on at all! I already sent a letter right after decisions were sent out and I tried to call the admissions office to see if it was possible to know if I was still even being considered. No real response. I guess all there is to do is WAIT.

you will know by june 30...that's not tooooo far from now.

CKG you also need to get the email address of your regional admission officer and email him or her and tell him that it is your first choice and that you will definitely go if accepted

i don't care at this point. i haven't heard a thing since the waitlist letter and i'm not positive if i really want to go to penn.

georgetown or penn? i'm leaning towards careers in non-profits or government so DC has obvious advantages for that. any thoughts?

any waitlist movement recently ?
i'd sent a letter wth updates & requesting a decision and all they replied was ; please be patient ......
any hope ? ( given that i am an international also applying for aid ? )

collegebound: Do you really not think that it's too late for that? And I don't want to seem too pushy. Anyway, where do I go to get his/her email address??
