<p>no i’m waiting eagerly though… the people in the admissions office said we would hear anywhere from may 15th to AUGUST 15th… so that could be problematic if its that late.</p>

<p>i am out-of-state. i live in southern California and had to commit to UC Santa Cruz. but hey best of luck to you. I’m really hoping they take a lot of waitlisted kids this year… plus, how could they not just let 2 more kids in??? haha let me know if you hear anything, i will do the same.</p>
<p>for sure. i just emailed them about the waitlist and how many kids they are planning on accepting. hopefully it’s a good amount. if not, i guess i’m gonna have to go hand in my appeal!</p>
<p>A post on another thread says that UW is taking about 150 students of the waitlist this year. It doesn’t look like anyone has been offered a spot yet.</p>

<p>Yep, they will be attending. He’s in-state and attends Newport, which may have swayed their decision.</p>
<p>I don’t know much about his stats. I know he has taken a few AP classes though. I also don’t know if he appealed. I don’t think he did.</p>

<p>I just got off the waitlist May 16 luckily and will be attending in fall. You are able to go to your my UW and if you got in you should be able to see an unofficial transcript even before you receive your letter. As I was looking at my letters I received my one saying I was accepter said something about me being 12/97 not sure if that is how many they are taking off the waitlist but if so that seems like a really low number. I wish you all the best of luck so you can be my fellow classmates.</p>
<p>FYI, my friend just received a spot to UW in the mail yesterday (June 5). I’m assuming he was on the waitlist, but I don’t know for sure. If I find out, I’ll post about it(:</p>
