I am actually quite surprised I was waitlisted and not plain out rejected considering I was rejected from UF and FSU. I have a 4.9 W GPA and 3.4 UW. I have a 24 ACT and 1070 SAT. Can anyone offer me some perspective and/or rate my chances ? Thank you!
UM puts a lot of students on the waiting list, but only accepts a few. Last year (based on the common data set), they offered 8,286 students a place on the waiting list. 2,373 accepted, of which 71 ended up being admitted. It’s a long shot.
