Waitlisted Because of credentials or deadline?

<p>Marquette has a December 1 deadline. But on their website it says applications after this date are considered on a space available basis. I applied around December 20th, and i just got wait-listed. My question is was i wait listed because i didn't have the numbers to be accepted, or because i applied after the deadline? </p>

<p>Im kinda scared because i thought i had a very high chance at Marquette, and i applied to schools a lot better than marquette!</p>

<p>If you were waitlisted and not denid then you are in the running. They may need more info because you are on the line or it may be because your app was late.</p>

<p>What college did you apply to? Did you apply to any of the direct admit programs (dentistry/nursing…)?</p>
