<p>When my D heard 4 years ago (she’s graduating May 31!) we heard the first week of June.</p>
<p>When I emailed my regional counselor about my continued interest in Wellesley, she wrote the following in her reply:</p>
<p>“At this point, Wellesley has gone to the waitlist for a very small number of students. We are unsure if we will accept more students from the waitlist at a later point. If we are able to do so, we will be sure to give your application careful consideration.” </p>
<p>I am not sure what that means for the rest of us who have not received any notification yet, but hopefully there is still a chance left.</p>
<p>Does that mean that they already started accepting people off the waitlist? Has anyone heard/known of someone who got off the Wellesley waitlist this year?</p>
<p>Vdrumm, do you mind telling me how you found out you were waitlisted. I also applied as a transfer this year but have not yet received any notifications.</p>
<p>My D got admitted to Vassar from its waitlist last week, and will be telling Wellesley tomorrow that she’sbe withdrawing from the 2017 class. So there’s one opening. It was a tough choice. Good luck to all.</p>

<p>My regional counselor replied me saying that they will begin to pull people from the beginning of June (I emailed her mid-late may).</p>
<p>i’m guessing that if you haven’t heard from them by now, then you won’t hear from them at all. they’ve probably chosen all of the waitlist candidates already</p>
<p>Our D was WL as a Transfer last year and got in! Let Admissions know you want to attend…also, W will have fin aid for you if you need it. Good luck.</p>
<p>Yeah I have been keeping updates with my counselor but since its already the last week of June… I think they are closing the list on July 1st</p>
