Waitlisted .. What to send?

Hey guys!

I’m currently waitlisted at Yale, Brown, Columbia, UPenn, Dartmouth, UChicago, and Duke.
What should I send to each of those? I know that both Brown & Columbia want something like a letter of continued interest.
But I’ve read here a lot that you should “send your love letters to your regional counselor”. What’s that? What should I send the regional counselor? Should I do that with each college?
Can you please tell me what should I send to each college?

@MohTamer we sent a very brief email to the university’s Admissions Officer for our area of the country expressing that the school was the first choice and that our student would commit to attend. This was in addition to supplemental information of note that had occured since the application was orginally submitted and was uploaded on the student portal as requested.
