Waitlisting MMW1

<p>you guys are probably sick of hearing "what are the chances of getting into ___ waitlisted #___" but here's another one, haha ):</p>

<p>is there a good chance of getting into MMW1 being waitlisted #1 or #2? I see a full class with no waitlists for the teacher I wanted (Carter), but I'm already enrolled in a class for my second choice teacher (Jordan). Would it be worth dropping a class I already have for the waitlist? Or should I just keep checking WebReg daily? since MMW is a required class, it doesn't seem likely that many people would drop it.</p>

<p>I once waitlisted an MMW3 section at #3 and got in. My TA told me that usually around 3 people shift around during the first couple weeks. You have a decent chance.</p>

<p>thanks! I ended up just keeping my spot because I was scared of ending up with no MMW at all haha >< in any case that class has two people waitlisted already, oh well</p>
