Waive CS 61A

<p>Incoming fall freshman here. </p>

<p>I was wondering if it is possible to waive my requirement for CS61A. I'll have CS61B credit from SJSU and I'll be taking CS61C my semester 1 freshman year. I looked at the syllabus and it seems relatively simple (CS 61A). </p>

<p>I talked to a current Berkeley student and apparently it is possible. Can someone shed some light on how would I go about waiving my requirement to take that class? </p>

<p>for your CS61B, do you also have to finish COMPSCI 47B at Berkeley ?</p>
