Ok, Waive means relinquish/give up; "Waive access to" means "relinquish/give up claim to"

Of course you want the summary of your interview to be used in the admissions process. You want the admissions committee to see the summary of the interview. You do not want the results of interview to be confidential to the person who interviewed you.

Here are the two choices on page 2 of the Georgetown Undergraduate Admissions Form in the box "Waiver of access, admissions interview reports"

[_] I waive access to these reports which shall therefore be considered confidential

[_] I do not waive access to these reports

When it says "which shall therefore be considered confidential" does this just mean confidential to you, that you yourself will never see the result of the interview, but the results will be available and not confidential to the admissions committee?

I think they meant "which means I will not be able to see them" instead of "which shall therefore be considered confidential' 0- do you all agree - and why didn't they say it in English?
