Alumni interviews are conducted and one can waive access to them. My options are either to check a box that says 'I waive access to these which shall therefore be considered confidential.' or 'I do not waive access to these reports' Surely waiving access is allowing someone to look at these files, but if it is, why are they considered confidential? I want to say 'it's alright if you look at these files'. Which box do I tick?

Im guessing that the waiving of access to the records refers to you waiving your right to look at them.

I think its just like the teacher's recommendation where you have to waive your access too.

yes thanks for that sarawsaurus. I reread the info with the application and I'm pretty sure that is it. thanks for confirming
