Would it be worth it for me to email my admission counselor to let them know that I need a decision by May 1? I would truly love to go to Wake… Also, I wanted to take summer classes there.

@lpd512 I have not. I sent my stuff on the day before the deadline. They said it typically takes four weeks to make a decision after everything is submitted
@wakeorrichmond ohh Thanks! I called a few days ago to find out when their enrollment deposit was (so I can plan around the other schools I applied to) and they said my application was “in review.” Needless to say, I am getting really anxious!
I also applied to transfer to WFU. My application has been finished since February so I am hoping that I will hear back soon, but preferably this week!
They didn’t start reading apps till 4/1 and it takes 4 weeks typically so should be soon

College:
I have a 3.917 my first semester. I took Bio, Calc, Econ and a First Year Seminar.
I am looking to have a 3.5 for the spring semester.
High school:
I had a cumulative weighted GPA of 95 with mostly all honors and AP classes.
I believe I was in the top 15%
I didn’t send SAT scores and opted for test optional.
I had various leadership positions while in high school and I have various other extracurricular activities while in college.

@lpd512 Ok. Can you post what they tell you tomorrow? This is the second time that they have emailed me saying that my application is complete, so I am a little confused.

Hopefully, this week will be the week I hear back. My application has been finished since February.
I submitted my commonapp in early February, and mailed them everything in late Febuary. They told my application is complete in early March (I emailed to ask them). While I actually received the confirmation email that my app is under review in April 4th. But haven’t heard back yet. Will I have a chance to hear back this week? Anyone in the similar situation?
