Note to anyone who is within a relatively close distance to WFU (e.g. within several states) and has not received a letter yet - it might be a good idea to call admissions and speak with your admissions officers directly to find out your decision. I live in NC, less than two hours away from WFU and have STILL not received my decision packet. We think it may have gotten lost in the mail. So my dad called the office yesterday and my admissions officer told me over the phone.

@saintofme…my son got his letter on 3/27…hope you got something by now!

Has anyone received FA information or knows when they will be sending it?

Just received decision in Illinois today. Accepted!!! 3.82 UW didn’t submit ACT

@jrmama496 My admissions counselor told me that it would be this week. I think she said they’d be mailed out early in the week.

FA comes out via the mail on 4/1

Accepted for CA!
4.2 W GPA
Did not submit test scores
hispanic
great letters of rec/ essays

My weighted gpa is like 6.9 Lmao

Hey guys! So how did you find out you were accepted? I haven’t heard from Wake Forest since I applied…

Acceptance letter in the mail @JayCue

Ok thanks for replying @kyle76 . I guess I didn’t get in then because everyone seems to have already found out their decisions.

For some academic stats if you were wondering:
2290 SAT
34 ACT
4.4 w gpa
800 math II, 800 chem

I wish Wake Forest could have created a better online applicant system and posted the decision there. Although I like holding a letter, many people like me live in places where the mail seems to come really slowly or even not at all…

@JayCue… call admissions.

No problem @JayCue. Those are great stats, not sure why you wouldn’t get in. Maybe call the admissions office? I heard of some people doing that if they think their mail was lost.
