Want another opinion on reach choices...

Hello, I am just wanting some other people's opinion on what schools I should target and reach for. I am a computer science major, I have 34 credits so far in college at a 4.0 gpa. I am an officer in my schools PTK chapter (VP), have 200+ hours of volunteer work, work 30-35 hours a week, have done psychology research as co investigator, and have a few minor awards and membership in a few campus clubs. My only somewhat nice EC is the state level leadership position I held in a federal government funded community service organization for a 6 month term. My H.S. record is poor, I don't remember exactly what it was like, but was pretty bad(at a guess like a 2.75gpa, with my only toughish classes being Calc 1 and 2 my junior year). I have not taken any SAT or similar tests. I plan on applying after getting my associates, with a pretty rigorous schedule for my school(my regular semester is filled with math/science/cs courses, 16-20 credits a semester) as well as graduating from my community college's honors department. The only good school I know of that I would have any kind of hook in, would be Berkley(legacy), although I no longer live in CA which would only hurt my chances there. I know I can get an awesome rec from the psychology professor that I researched with, my calc professor, and my current cs professor. I am trying to find other people's opinion on what schools I should realistically target, and reach for, keeping in mind that I would have to get FA from whatever school I would be accepted to. I would love to go for MIT, Berkley, Cornell, or the like but I have doubts that my application would really be good enough at least as an undergrad (I plan on going to grad school). Thanks in advance!

Legacy is not a hook, it’s at most a tip, and likely not even that as an OOS applicant for UCB. Plus CA publics will not give you FA as a non-resident.

I would just like to hear more opinions if anyone would be so kind.
