I want to make an engineering club at my high school but need some input on what the aim of it should be. Should it be a relaxed, build and have fun engineering club or should it be one with focus in which we would register for competitions. If the latter, do you recommend any specific competitions that are good for high school teams? Also, if your school has an engineering club, care to share what it’s like?

First, you need to check if anything similar is already available and how is it different from them. Note that you are not just creating a club, you need to attract members to make it a club. What kind of support or resource you may get from your school or community in that field?
