I want to know what my chances are to transfer to either Cal Lutheran or University of the Pacific. I went to a nationally top ranked private high school and graduated in 2005 with a 2.8 GPA. My SAT scores were 690 for math and 600 for reading. I went to a State college and failed all my classes by not caring and not going to school. I was put on probation, then suspension for a year and then eventually dismissed. I just finished my 3rd semester at Community College. My GPA since going to Community College has been a 3.6. My first semester in Community college I took 6 credits and earned a 3.0. For my second semester I took 9 credits and earned a 3.3. I then took summer school and earned an A in History 151. This past fall semester I took 12 credits earned a 4.0. This past spring was when I decided to get serious about school because I wanted a degree in Computer Science with the goal of becoming a Software Engineer. Do you think colleges will believe I have made a change for good and accept me for Fall 2011?

Right from the horse’s mouth, sure they’ll look. Are they financially realistic for you?
