want to transfer to Johns Hopkins......do i stand a chance

I am an international student in USA currently in my sophomore year. I am studying pre med at Philadelphia University with a cGPA of 3.51. i have some really outstanding socia contributions to my credit from my high school. I plan to use those facts in my transfer essay becuase they fall in too well with the essay requirments. My question is that do i have any chacne of getting in at Johns Hopkins with that GPA.
PS. all my grades on my transcript are all A's or B+'s and i have nothing below them.

One thing i want to mention in my transfer essay is that i have protested against the burning of a CHristian village in my country. My uncle is a Christian activist and i along with him and 4 of his staff members....the important thing about this is that we were the first one to start the protest and that too at the place where the burning had taken place despite the fact that the conditons in that city were dangerous enough that it was being patrolled by the army. Do u guys think that it would be worth mentioning it

PLus i have volunteerd in a lot of free medical camps in my country in marginalized Christian villages. Will that experience help in any way
