So I took 2 years at a CC and am currently in my first quarter at UCSB. I don’t think it’s the right campus for me and I’d prefer to be at UCLA. I’m currently at 105 units, not including the classes I’m currently taking fall quarter at UCSB. Will UCLA even consider me for fall 2019?
That translates to 70 semester not counting this fall, and UCLA’s ceiling is 86.5. Assuming you have a standard load you’ll be about at 80.
But this is the question: were you accepted to UCLA before? I just don’t know how they’ll take the jumping around now that you’re a junior. If you were not accepted last round, I’m not sure I see the reason UCLA admissions would change its mind. I would consider just staying at UCSB, getting involved and enjoying the beautiful area. Didn’t the quarter system just start a week ago?
