<p>UCLA fits most of your criteria well, as would many other schools in California (Stanford, Berkeley, etc.) Unfortunately, the schools that would accept you and your parents would accept (UCLA/Berkeley) you probably couldn’t afford. I’m not sure if Stanford gives tuition scholarships to international students. If it doesn’t then that’s unaffordable too.</p>
