<p>People have been telling me this and I am not sure if it is true. Since the economy is not very good at the moment, colleges have been accepting people because of where they live and the amount of money they have. I would like to hear everybody's. opinion..</p>
<p>Its certainly a factor, especially for schools that aren’t rolling admissions and have late notification dates.</p>
