Hi all,
Well right now i am in a dilemma regarding housing. I applied for the wares entrepreneurs program as my first choice. I had applied for a double and i just got an email saying that I had been accepted to the program but only a single was available. I wanted to have the experience of having a roommate, but now I am confused. How different is a single compared to a double? advantages disadvantages? And is the ware entrepreneurs program worth it ( and the extra rent)?

Thanks guys

PS I need to reply within 24 hours... so advice is urgently needed.

Hey man,
I also applied to the program. I requested a single. But do you know if they email everyone who gets in or just you because you didn’t get your first choice? (ie a double)

I would take it!!! Everyone in the hall will know each other really well. I don’t think the singles will be excluded at all.

I just have to say that you’re sooo lucky to find out! I wish I didn’t have to wait until June 4th to find out about my housing.

Trust me…singles are better. The singles in entrepreneur are fairly large too

Hye they explicitly said i was accepted cooldude

that is awsome that you found out man though…i wish we could all find out before june 4…they must read pretty fast…

wow you’re complaining about not having a roommate? You were kissed by an angel --please don’t cry about it.

seriously you will come to love this arrangement. most of the rooms in the quad, which other than hill, is considered the most “social” dorm are actually singles. enjoy it!

did ALL residential programs release their results?

I applied to sub-free living, haven’t gotten any response… :/

OMG u got into ur RP LUCKYYYYYYYYYY. still waiting for Law and Society, but i probably didnt get in

y did they release the decision so early? is that for all RP?
and congratzzz

Has anyone else heard back from the entrepeneurs program?

Thanks guys … i am surely accepting it

how’d you get that list? how’s it possible for them to decide within a week?

I was in entrepreneur’s 2 years ago and I know the new RA.

I believe he’s an international so that may account for some of the bias? Or maybe international students just write more interesting essays

The list is preliminary and I don’t know if they’ve finalized it yet.

Anyone know if we find out early for other programs too?

Why would he send you the list?

I applied to Law and Society too. I haven’t heard anything. Does anyone know when we (or other RPs find out???)? AHhhh… I might call them.
