I know at least 4 people in Texas who have gotten theirs.
About 3 of them live 30 minutes away from me in Houston. (I'm not in Houston)</p>

<p>well, USPS decided to drive mail to some locations, to fly it to other locations, based on anticipated time. California's mail had to be flown over to get here within 2-3 days, so that's why many Californians got it. I still don't understand what's so funny...</p>
