<p>i have a washu interview this friday, so i was wondering if someone could tell me how theirs went, or what i should expect. The lady said i could be informally dressed. But what do they usually ask you when theyre trying toget to know you?</p>
<p>relax! mine (and everyone else i talked too's) was pretty laid back and the interviewers were pleasant. i didnt get any really strange questions. it was more of the "what are you looking for in a school, what do you want to study and why, and talk about some of your favorite activitites." mine lasted about 20 minutes or so (but it was on-campus) and my friend's was only about half an hour. no awkward pauses or anything, it really was just like a conversation.</p>

<p>mine was really relaxed as well. they had a list of my activities, current classes, and things in that vein and asked me about those. they also asked me about my friends and what i thought made me a good friend. the last thing i really remember being asked was did i have any questions which is pretty standard.</p>
<p>mine was very relaxed. It was with a senior who works with the office of admissions, and all of the other visitors who had their interview as the same time as mine had theirs with students as well. They ask the basic questions of "why is Wash U good for you" and "what are you looking for in a school". All in all it is a very easy interview.</p>
