Just wondering how many others are transferring to WashU for fall 2008...

We should start to get to know each other! Hopefully I'll be at Art/Sci transfer weekend

lovehex, what were your stats for transfer? where are you from?

I'd rather not start a whole stats comparison thing; I'm getting so tired of them. If you're applying as a transfer, good luck!

Any transfers still here?

I just got admitted to CAS! I'm not sure if I'll attend, but I'm quite excited.

Accepted, going. PM me for a facebook add.

From the bottom of my heart, I do not mean any insult with this question. I am just curious. Why would one apply for a transfer and then not attend? I mean, didn't you apply because you preferred the other school?

Well, I applied for transfers to 5 other schools. It's not like I can go to all of them.

Don't you understand how capricious college admissions are? Why don't high school seniors only apply to one school? Obviously because many schools simultaneously posess the qualities the applicant is looking for. Plus, acceptance rates for transfers are usually lower than for freshmen, so one must apply broadly if he/she is looking at top schools.
