Water bottles that are safe for hot water

Does anybody know of any that don't have a risk of dioxins and everything when you add hot water? I want to bring tea to school, but my morning teachers won't let us drink anything that looks like coffee (like tea in a coffee mug, like I usually use) I've read a lot recently about the dangers of plastics and hot water. Are Nalgene bottles safe?

nalgenes have other stuff on them. do a goggle search.
the only way to go is with a stainless stell thermos. THey have slim ones out there. no other choices. how bout snapple ice tea or arizona canned tea? get them at costco

Yeah I'm not big on the sweetened teas, just something to wake me up in the morning. The thermos doesn't work for me (my teachers at 6:30 and 7:30 in the morning don't allow coffee, and that's when I need it most) My plan was to try and find a water bottle that I can put tea in, with running the risk of toxins.

Eddie Bauer outfitter bottles.....they are heat and chemical prove....or at least they claim....

general rule: all plastics, ESPECIALLY lexan won't tolerate heat. Well, tupperware can, but have you seen the new studies that says they release toxins 2? my firend uses arizona green tea. No sweeteners.
btw, i can't believe how many people survive on caffeine. That stuff cuases heart problems when you get older...and osteporosis.

stop drugging yourself and get some sleep!!

why don't you just drink something before class? and why in the heck isn't coffee allowed?

You can have coffee muffin or brownie.......:)

I have no idea what it is he's got against coffee. Hehe the muffin idea is good, but I'll look into the eddie bauer bottles. Thanks all

Where did you find out about the eddie bauer ones?
