<p>I understand that MARAD has reclassified waterfront positions (using lower standards than those used at a smaller USCG waterfront) which could negatively impact KP's program. Apparently, the new Superintendent is supportive, but MARAD has been unresponsive. Does anyone know more about this?</p>
