<p>Haha, me too. My sophomore year I actually dropped AP US History for like 20 mins (after begging my counselor to have me drop b/c she knew I was being lazy, plus the teacher was a real witch) then I got to my new class, looked around and was like, what the heck am I doing here?! Then I went back and had my counselor put me back in AP where I suffered the rest of the year with a teacher who despised me for no reason and screwed me over my junior year, lol. <em>sigh</em></p>
<p>Haha, I had US history sophomore year too and I hated it. I never was a fan of history. I also suffered through the class, but wasn’t rewarded at all in the end with a stupid 2 on the test… ha, oh history…</p>
<p>I don’t know how I managed an A in the class or a 3 on the exam. I never put any effort into the class, never read the book, and didn’t study for the tests- just a quick skim over my class notes the morning of the test in English class and of course I didn’t study for the exam. I never did the required book notes (so I got a 54/181 on our binder check as a grade one time! eesh. Then I just printed them off the internet 
God, I hated that teacher with a passion!). But my dumb 3 doesn’t even matter since none of the schools I’m looking into accept 3s. I kind of regret going back into it but on the other hand, another AP class on my resume, lol.</p>
<p>Haha, nice. I think what messed me up was that I kept studying the same thing to “make sure I knew it”, haha. That wasn’t such a good idea, because by the time i got to the test I only knew the Colonial Era…</p>
