Weather at Dartmouth

I was wondering what the weather is like at Dartmouth. I'm expecting it to be cold, but I don't really know exactly how cold it gets and how the seasons vary. I'm from New Jersey so I'm accustomed to the four-season year and the fact that it is 20-35 degrees Fahrenheit in the winter.

So, how many degrees is it on a typical winter day? Also, what's Dartmouth like in the spring, fall, and winter? What kind of clothing do students typically wear during the different seasons?

ya, and is there ever a really really sunny day?

Summer is non stop sunshine. The winters can be sunny or grey (I had one sunny winter and two grey ones), and the temps very but its say about 10-30 degrees in the winter.

I'm from New Jersey too. All-in-all, Hanover is probably a little colder, but it really isnt unbearable. If you can handle New Jersey weather, you can handle New Hampshire weather.

Don't forget, you can always take 2 of your winters off!! I'm in Mexico right now on a Spanish Language Study Abroad Program. After class, my friends and I eat lunch next to a duck pond and then sit on the lawn next to a fountain and do our homework/waste time chatting while peacocks walk around. It's in the 70s every day.

today in hanover it was windchill of -12....
