[WEIRD DILEMMA] Computer/Paper Practice's difference

Hi,
So technically when I do the SAT practice tests on my computer (I download the PDF files), for CR I usually have approximately 5 minutes to spare on each section, while when I do the real papers, I hardly have any time left for any CR sections.

I found the reason resulting from the text's size. On the computer, the size is bigger, and it is right in front of me, so I can read very quickly (I found my brain actively working to find the answers). On the other hand, while doing the paper, I read really slowly (I usually have to read the whole answer choices and sometimes reread several times to figure out the answers)<-I feel like my brain is impeded and not as actively working as when I do with the computer.

This problem sounds weird, but when I do on my computer, I can get 700-760 on CR, while with the paper, 600-680...

What is your opinion/suggestion?

Bump!!!

Honestly, I’m not too sure what you can do other than practice reading more with the printed tests and maybe adjusting how you position them when you read.

Could it be that you are a little farsighted and need the larger text to read with your eyes relaxed? You may not need glasses all the time, but you might try a pair of low magnification reading glasses to see if it makes a difference.
