Well I got very confused while submitting my application, and kept annoying the email college counselor which the college assigned me (U chicago)

Just one problem after the other kept popping up, and I think I may have come off as obsessive, incompetant, and obnoxious to him

Do they keep track of this stuff??
Will this affect the college's decision to admit me?

What you you mean the college counselor, are you talking about the Admissions officer? You can get yourself labeled as a pest. You should not contact them more than once unless there is something substantial.

I think I emailed him three times about my college essays (I kind of sent the wrong ones the first time)

I think I came off kind of desperate for his help
"Help! I think I'm in trouble!" kind of thing

do you really think it's that bad? About how many emails do these admission officers receive a day?

I had a regional admission counselor (gerald doyle: assiociate director of admissions)

bumpbumpbump
please, someone put my questions to rest

i submitted two emails to him. he replied the first. when he didn't reply the second, i didn't bother him anymore. not a good idea to bug the one who will be reading your app.

does he even read the messages??

i don't know, but i don't think i want to risk trying to find out/ :)

lol

strange how he hasn't replied to a single one of my posts yet...

aarrrgghhh, I regret sending him those emails, think I should apologize in an intellectually appealing manner?

no, no. don't make things worse. just don't bug him anymore. jerry must be pretty busy now.
