I would love to hear what anyone has to say about WELL!

I'm a rising sophomore (took a year off this year) and I was thinking of applying because I love women's/gender studies, but I'm not sold because I don't know much about the people that usually join it. This is gonna sound kinda snooty (sorry about that), but I'm just worried it'll be a lot of shy, t-shirt & jeans type of girls who joined because they were having trouble making friends elsewhere. That's great and all, but I am pretty reserved myself so I would rather have a roommate that is outgoing and likes to dress up and go out with me sometimes. I literally haven't met anyone in it, so I have no idea what it's actually like.

is it a pretty diverse group of people? what do they do on the retreats?
