Hi,
I’m thinking of transferring to Wellesley in the Spring of next year from Northeastern. I previously applied to Wellesley and was waitlisted and later rejected. I wondering how successful do ya’ll think I’ll be now?
Hi,

That depends on how you’ve done at Northeastern. If you’ve knocked out straight As, your chances are good. If you haven’t done well, then you’ll probably find yourself back in the same boat.
To expand on @thetransfercoach’s insight, it’s also important that you’ve grown as an applicant outside of the classroom; therefore, take advantage of Northeastern’s great location and resources to have some great extracurricular activities to discuss in your application essay(s)
Thank you both! I have a serious medical reason to want to transfer, so hopefully they’re understanding.
ok looks like I gotta bump this
Does anyone know if there’s a way to update your application? For example, I was just elected to the executive board of student senate at my college and I was wondering how I can share that information with Wellesley!
I’d send a letter to let them know of that and any other awards you have received.
