Seriously. Everyone said that their tests (especially the 2nd week tests) were easier than past administrations. Except for Spanish... they totally changed the test around, and screwed alot of kids over.

All of the ones I took seemed much easier than past exams...and everyone I've talked to said that their examinations seemed very easy.
I guess CollegeBoard's trying to destroy all the curves?

I do not understand why this year was easier than the past two years tests because I would think College board would want to earn back respect from the Ivies and such. Now I am not saying this is true for every test, but overall it does seem that my six this year were way harder than my other four last year.

I don't know if 'easy' is the right word to describe them (I'll wait until July until I pass judgment there), but I think that they seemed more relaxed--if that makes sense--than in years past.

Form B for physics B was easier than Form A..

I could not believe how easy AP Psych was- especially the free response section. I was for sure i was going to fail it!

A Form B exam was easier?!?! Blasphemy!

It was too. Ziggy, go look it up for yourself on the website. I was surprised. I had Form B...

No, some have definitely gotten easier, while others have gotten harder. I will beg to differ on AP Psych. If any of you took the 1999 or 2004 multiple choice, those were FAR easier than the multiple choice given this year. I don't think Psych has gotten easier or harder.

Both Form A and B of AP Stats were harder than in previous years. Question 6 required out-of-the-box thinking on both forms, as they asked students to perform inference tests that are not part of the AP syllabus. I loved it, but I can assure you that many students were completely lost. Past AP Stats exams were fairly straightforward.

Also, AP Physics C: E&M was considerably more difficult than in recent years. Although the old old tests (70's and 80's) were still more difficult, this year's free response section was considerably more difficult than anything within the past 5 years.

I believe that AP Music Theory has seen an increase in the difficulty of its aural components (multiple choice, melodic/harmonic dictations). However, the non-aural components, such as figured bass and composition, were easier than they have been in the past few years.

I think that's where the curves come in, though..so the difficulty level shouldn't worry most people.

yeah, it's probably better that they're more difficult as far as curves go.
