<p>I applied to Gatech for Fall 2007. Gatech wanted my transcripts evaluated by WES. But I did not get them done. </p>
<p>Currently in my application status is 'Decision Complete' but since I did not have my transcripts evaluated it is technically incomplete. </p>
<p>Does this mean that they have made a decision without receiving the evaluated transcripts or have they discarded my application.</p>

<p>My friend didn't send them in either.....and he hasn't received his decision yet.</p>
<p>I've checked the GaTech discussion board, and I found a person who had the same problem as yours.</p>
<p>The post was dated around 18th Feb, I guess, and someone from the Admissions Dept had responded by saying that he could send in a rush evaluation, but all their admission decisions have already been finalized. She said that she could not promise him an evaluation of his application by the admissions dept.</p>
<p>Now, I guess its too late.</p>
<p>I'm sorry to have let your hopes down. But you should have sent it when you submitted your application; it was clearly stated that all intl. students must submit their report to Joseph Silny Consultants for evaluation.</p>

<p>Actually I did get into Purdue, UIUC and Penn State. I was too lazy to apply to UMich and it did not help that their fees were too high. </p>
<p>So I am not really disappointed in being rejected. Again, I was lazy to fill out the necessary forms to validate my application for Gatech.</p>
<p>So, it was my fault that it got invalidated and there is nothing I can do about it now :D.</p>
